To our valued customers,

CWe understand that these are challenging times for everyone and we are here to support you. With Victoria having entered into a new phase of the COVID restrictions, Compu-Stor is operating in line with our COVID Safe Plan and continuing to service our Melbourne customers.

Compu-Stor is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for employees, contractors and customers as our main priority. All team members that can work from home are working from home. We will continue to support our customers during this time.

If you need help with remote working Compu-Stor is here to assist you.

  • Scan OnDemand – We recommend requesting your records in the format of Scan OnDemand via CIMS to reduce person to person contact, whilst still being able to receive your documents as required. To order your files please use CIMS to request your record(s) and choose Scan OnDemand. We will scan your records and upload to CIMS-OL for viewing.
  • CIMS Online – Utilising our web portal to view and access your scanned images ensures your records are securely stored in our management system. Once your record is scanned you will receive a notification that your file is uploaded ready for viewing. To implement this solution contact us 1300 559 778.
  • Digital Mailroom – Compu-Stor rapid digital mailroom solution is implemented quickly to deliver your mail electronically. Your physical mail can be collected by our drivers, opened, scanned and uploaded to our SFTP server for you to download and distribute electronically throughout your business. For a more complex digital mailroom, please contact us on 1300 559 778 to discuss your requirements.
  • Consultancy – Compu-Stor has a number of services to assist customers. Documenting “back to work plans”, including an array of audit services of your Information Management policies to ensure they are up to date and compliant with the remote workforce in today’s world.
  • Deliveries – Should you require records to be delivered, we are recommending that you consider reducing your deliveries to once or twice a week to reduce person to person contact, until the virus has been contained. Our drivers will utilise Sign on glass on behalf of the receiver and enter their name. You will still receive your electronic confirmation.
  • Residential Deliveries – Compu-Stor will continue to deliver to residential addresses if required however we recommend using our Scan OnDemand solution to minimise contact.
  • Service Level Agreements – Our team are committed to providing exceptional service delivery and all SLAs will be maintained to the best of our ability during this time.

To our Victorian customers: We are in this together and have implemented our procedures to ensure we are here to support your business. Dear valued customers,

COVID-19 has had an impact on a lot of our customers and we want to ensure our business is here to help and continue to support you during this time. With that in mind, please note the following operational updates:

CIMS updates:

We will be performing system updates to CIMS on Saturday, 20 June and Sunday, 21 June. Should you experience any disruptions accessing CIMS please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Delivery times:

During COVID-19 we reduce our delivery frequency to once per day. From Monday, 22 June we will be reverting to two deliveries per day, with a morning cut off time of 10.30am for afternoon delivery and a 3.00pm cut off for the following delivery the following morning. Urgent deliveries will revert to being two hours from the time the order is placed. We once again take this opportunity to make you aware of our scan-on-demand service as an alternative to physical deliveries.

We also have the following business update:

Compu-Stor is a proud family business and over our 30+ years in business we have undergone many changes, with the next generation coming into the business. Peter Manford, our founder, has now retired and stepped down from the daily business activities. He remains an active and interested shareholder in the business. Robert is transitioning out of the day-to-day Compu-Stor business to run the Family Office and focus on other Manford family interests, while remaining a non-executive director of Compu-Stor. I will be stepping into the role of CEO at Compu-Stor. The business remains 100% family owned.

The industry has seen many changes over the years and we are grateful to the staff and customers who have supported us along our journey. Our dedicated team looks forward to taking the business into the next generational phase. We will continue to focus on excellent customer service and delivering on our commitment to you, our customers. Should you have any questions regarding the above or wish to contact us, please do so on 1300 559 778 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Where feasible, home working of relevant staff members have been introduced and meetings conducted via online platforms as opposed to face to face.
