I would just like to pass on my thanks to John Porter and his team for getting together our 917 boxes of old archives for me and my team to go through to determine which can be destroyed.

John was very helpful in accomplishing this task. I’m sure it was no easy feat to gather together that number of boxes in one place.

I would also like to acknowledge Brad for his assistance yesterday when we arrived. He escorted us around to the warehouse and was very helpful and happy.

Document Scanning,

We changed to Compu-Stor for scanning our files. There service has been fantastic and the staff very helpful they suggested other processes to scan the documents and this has saved us time and money. I would highly recommend Compu-Stor if you want to scan and image for records.

I know that Sue & Swarna are often praising how helpful Clare is in locating boxes and always "going that extra mile" to assist with queries and searches.

Great service, keep it up!”Further to our telephone conversation this afternoon, I wish to advise you of the exceptional customer service that I received from your Receptionist Mae, during the Christmas / New Year Period.  As you may remember, I contacted your company just before Christmas to organise the supply and delivery of 2 Wheelie Bins as soon as possible to our practice as it had been sold.  On my return to work following Christmas day / Boxing Day break, I rang your company to enquire as to when I could expect to receive the bins and compu-stor advised me that due to the holiday break they may not be delivered until 31^st January.  I stressed to Mae that this was not acceptable as firstly the practice was going to be closed on 31^st Dec, and secondly I was planning to go into the practice on the 31^st Dec and commence culling.  compu-stor advised me that she would investigate this matter further and see what they could do.  Within a very short period of time, they rang me back to advise me that the bins would be delivered that day.  I found compu-stor to be extremely professional and very in tune with customer’s requirements and was a pleasure to deal with.
