Great service, keep it up!”Further to our telephone conversation this afternoon, I wish to advise you of the exceptional customer service that I received from your Receptionist Mae, during the Christmas / New Year Period. As you may remember, I contacted your company just before Christmas to organise the supply and delivery of 2 Wheelie Bins as soon as possible to our practice as it had been sold. On my return to work following Christmas day / Boxing Day break, I rang your company to enquire as to when I could expect to receive the bins and compu-stor advised me that due to the holiday break they may not be delivered until 31st January. I stressed to Mae that this was not acceptable as firstly the practice was going to be closed on 31st Dec, and secondly I was planning to go into the practice on the 31st Dec and commence culling. compu-stor advised me that she would investigate this matter further and see what they could do. Within a very short period of time, they rang me back to advise me that the bins would be delivered that day. I found compu-stor to be extremely professional and very in tune with customer’s requirements and was a pleasure to deal with.
