At Compu-Stor we strive to ensure that the services we provide continually meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
One such service that we are extremely proud of is our Web based management system. We have recently upgraded the system to incorporate many time saving and advanced features. Feedback from our clients has been extremely positive.
Record Management
Compu-Stor has developed in conjunction with our clients a professional and powerful web based software system which is incredibly simple to use. The system has been designed to suit the special requirements of Compu-Stor clients and is maintained and supported by Compu-Stor’s own IT team and in-house developers.
Internet Access to Your Records
Our web based Management System supports a totally secure and independent web server for use by our customers. This interactive website offers live reporting, searching and ordering on-line. Services available on the web include:
- Lodge and retrieve boxes, files and tapes
- Amend recorded information
- Search and view box, file and tape information
- Place orders on-line for materials or services
- Search and view historical activity information
- Generate reports on-line
Internal Systems - Data Back-Up
Compu-Stor operates a Microsoft SQL server database. This database is housed on a secure server with built-in hardware redundancies such as mirrored drives, back-up power supply and replication to a second server.
In addition to the hardware, the database is backed up every two hours during the day while in use and also fully backs up onto tape during the evening after office hours. The back-up media is kept off-site. Regular tests ensure the back-ups and associated systems are maintained to the highest possible standard.
