Document Storage - With Compu-Stor, archiving is hassle free! We work alongside our customers to ensure everything runs smoothly, and this is our commitment to you. Compu-Stor offers fresh ideas and solutions with the way you store. We have many options for archive storage ranging from the standard box storage, open shelf file storage, pallet storage, as well as short term and long term solutions.

Scanning and Imaging – Compu-Stor has a range of solutions to offer customers. Document Scanning is widely and rapidly growing field. Due to this demand, we offer high speed and accurate services. Implementing the latest technology and highly skilled staff, we have capabilities to scan millions of images per day. Compu-Stor also offers a service called 'OnDemand Scanning'. 'OnDemand' is a fantastic service for customers that require records quickly and efficiently. Not only does this service allow customers to access records within minutes from requesting online, it also works in conjunction to reduce our Carbon Footprint.

Online web management – Compu-Stor has developed 'CIMS', which is a powerful online management tool for clients to access. CIMS has been developed in-house by Compu-Stor and it’s customers to provide a user friendly system. It has many functions that allows the customer to manage all of their records online.

Pallet Storage – We also provide storage for non standard items. The warehouse has capabilities to offer a range of storage solutions for all records.

Data and media storage – Compu-Stor has high quality storage vaults, with 4 hour fire rating and gas suppression systems. We offer bulk tape storage and a range of media solutions for customers. Online backup services and solutions can be tailor made and scoped.

Back-up data rotation – Compu-Stor offers customers scheduled rotations and afterhours access to their back-up tapes as required. The rotations can be delivered as single tapes or in secure tape cases, depending on your needs.

Safe custody storage – Compu-Stor offers an exclusive high level secure storage for customers. This high level storage is perfect for safekeeping of wills and deeds; and. records that need extra security - all in fire rated storage. Safe custody storage is recorded at all times and minimal personnel are granted entry into this area.

Confidential document destruction – Our destruction services are to the highest standard with T4 Accreditation. We offer secure destruction bins and bulk collection services by the box, office carton or destruction bag.

Materials – Compu-Stor offers high quality boxes, including standard size archive boxes, A3 Storage boxes, ½ size boxes, and ( A1 ) Plan Boxes. We supply a range of barcodes for all record types such as boxes, files and tapes. Destruction bins, boxes and bags can be ordered for the removal and disposal of records.
